The nectarine note really comes through in a pour-over, and it’s so clean I almost skipped the milk. Melon sweetness lingers just enough to make the last sip as good as the first, which is rare for me.

Brewed a cup this morning and the floral aroma hit me before I even took a sip—bright and clean, exactly what I want from a light roast. The melon sweetness lingers nicely as it cools, which caught me off guard in a good way.

The nectarine and melon notes are exactly as described, making this one of the most refreshing cups I've brewed lately. The floral aroma lingers nicely even after it cools down.
