Just pulled my first shot with this and the raisin sweetness balanced the dark chocolate perfectly—no bitterness at all. It’s become my daily driver for pour-over too, which I didn’t expect from an espresso blend.
The citrus note really comes through on a pour-over, and it stays sweet even when it cools down. I’ve brewed it as a latte and a cold brew, and the dark chocolate keeps it balanced every time. This bag won’t last long in my kitchen.
I've had this dialed in on my espresso machine for two weeks straight, and the citrus note cuts through the milk in my cortado just right. Balanced is the perfect word for it, works as a pour-over too without turning bitter.
