First sip tastes like actual sunshine, not just the usual bitter dark roast. This blend is smooth enough to drink black, which is saying a lot for a guy who usually loads his coffee with cream. My cloudy mornings just got a whole lot brighter.
Took a mug of this to the backyard while the fog rolled in and it honestly tasted like a little bit of vacation. The Central American beans come through smooth and bright, no bitterness even when it sat a while. Perfect comfort cup for a gloomy morning.
Brewed a pot for the Sunday paper and honestly it’s the closest I’ve come to a diner mug at home — smooth, no bitterness, just that easy Central American brightness. Fog outside didn’t stand a chance against this cup.
