I’ve brewed this as a pour-over and as espresso, and the raisin note really comes through in both, with a dark chocolate finish that’s not bitter at all. It’s become my everyday coffee, and the balance is spot on.
Just pulled my first shot with this and the raisin sweetness balanced the dark chocolate perfectly—no bitterness at all. It’s become my daily driver for pour-over too, which I didn’t expect from an espresso blend.
The citrus note really comes through on a pour-over, and it stays sweet even when it cools down. I’ve brewed it as a latte and a cold brew, and the dark chocolate keeps it balanced every time. This bag won’t last long in my kitchen.
