Pulled a double shot this morning and the crema was gorgeous, thick and golden. The organic beans are oily enough to grind beautifully without clogging my machine. This bag's already half gone after a week, which says everything.
Whole bean is exactly what I wanted so I can dial in the grind for my espresso machine, and this blend pulls a shot with a nice, thick crema. The versatility claim holds up too, since I've also been using it for my morning pour-over without any bitterness. It's become the bag I reach for every singl
The organic certification was the reason I picked this bag, and pulling a shot this morning confirmed it—rich crema, smooth body, and it handled my espresso machine without a fuss.
