The half-caff ratio is perfect for my afternoon pour-over—I get the coffee ritual without the jitters keeping me up at night. It brews smooth in my drip machine and still has that deep, roasted character I want.

Still getting the same rich, toasty kick I’d expect from a full-caf, but I don't feel wired an hour later—perfect for my second cup after lunch. The drip comes out smooth without any bitter edge, and it’s become my everyday go-to.

The carafe's gone two days after I opened the bag—this half-caff is perfect for my late-afternoon mug when I still want a real coffee flavor instead of a watery decaf. It brews up rich in the drip machine without that bitter finish, and I don't crash an hour later.
