I’ve been chasing consistency with my morning pour-overs, and the flat bottom on this brewer finally delivers it—every cup comes out balanced, no surprise bitterness. Cleanup is a breeze too, since the stainless steel rinses off in seconds.

The flat-bottom filter bed gives me noticeably sweeter, more balanced cups than my old V60, and the stainless body holds heat well enough that I don’t need to preheat aggressively. Cleanup is just a quick rinse since nothing sticks to the metal.

Switched from a cone dripper and the flat bottom really changed my pour-over game—the bed stays level and I get a noticeably sweeter, more balanced cup every morning. The stainless steel body feels hefty and should last forever with normal care.
